You Think You Know - But sometimes they know better! Imagine the following scenario, which is true most times: · Everyone is dying to tell you something but nobody dares to be the first to say it · You don’t receive positive feedback from anyone about how good you are doing your work · Your Manager is receiving complaints about you and you don’t know · Your team fears of your reaction about the feedback they may give you · You might get a bad... etc. We all have been there, obviously we don’t know it is happening! In these uncertain times it is best to be SURE you are doing a great work and that others perceive your work as good too. It won’t do you any good if you work and work days and nights to make sure you reach your commitments, deadlines and quotas and another that your peers and managers perceive your work as a good contribution to the team and the corporation.
