 3. Peer to Peer - Compatibility Assessment

· Designed to ease and resolve particular Peer to Peer problems inside organizations

· Each individual gets the questionnaire and each gets an individual report

· The managers will obtain:

· Each Peer’s Coaching Report - Explaining what is the best way to communicate and work with each individual

· The Birkman’s Compatibility Report - Which details where are  the areas of conflict between these peers

4. Manager to Direct Report - Compatibility Assessment

· Designed for specific communication conflicts between a Specific Manager and a specific Direct Report

· Each participant will:

· Receive a Questionnaire

· Discuss each report with the Birkman Consultant

· Understand the areas of Compatibility and Conflict between them

· An agreement will be reached to improve the communication and collaboration between them

· A Follow Up will be made at a pre-determined time agreed by each_

5. Team Building - Integration, Empowerment, Fun!

· Designed to Increase the Integration and Motivation in a Team

· Each member gets a Questionnaire

· The Birkman Consultant will help each individual to understand his or her report

· Each individual will have a detail understanding of their Manager’s report

· The team will have a Team-Building session where the personality of the team will be understood

· Each person will understand their compatibility and contribution to the team

· Every Team Member will know how to communicate more effectively with each other Team Member

6. Executive Coaching - Expanding Professional Horizons

· This is a more in depth and dedicated session for Executives

· The Executive will receive an Individual Assessment

· A specific block of consulting hours is allocated based on the specific needs and budget requirements

· A detailed Compatibility Report is generated and discussed where the Management, Communication, and Problem Solving styles are discussed

· A plan to improve productivity, job satisfaction, work-life balance, and direct report communication is generated and put in place

· A schedule of follow ups is arranged and schedule for better success
