Honesty · Make them aware of the best skills they possess as a team · Communicate how each Team Member personality helps the Company reach its goals · Let them know which skills are absent from the team and work with them for a plan to work around the blind spots 3. The variables to consider when budgeting are: · One Questionnaire per person @ $120 · Note: Per Birkman contract signed by Empowered-Teams no Questionnaire can be sold without at least a coaching session of two hours by a certified Birkman® Consultant · The Consultant Fee is $75 per hour · Group sessions can be arranged to reduce cost and maximize coaching time
